Terrible!!! I have booked the hotel Golden Spring Ha Noi from 23-25.01.2015 by agoda.com. And have payed by bank card. My flight was delight for one day and i could not come 23.01 when i arrived to the hotel next day(24.01.2015) reception lady told me that i did not come yesterday and they have no available room, the resell my room.
