I'll start with some positive things about this place. The apartments are spacious, well equipped, great views and in a great area. That being said, the staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. We called three times to get some extra blankets and they told us the staff was not on duty, they weren't able to bring us today, "maybe" tomorrow and...
