The hotel was fine but we had more expectations like the hotel should be bigger because compared to the pictures on the website it’s quite different and we thought it will be more hotels because it’s a resort not just a hotel. The food also was very different from the pictures the buffet was bigger and the food had more variety but overall everything was fine. The staff was nice and the entertainment was good also Muhammad Uzbek from guest service was nice he was friendly and caring ab his guest also opened about all kind of reviews and helped with making people find their words about the hotel when they wasn’t having any ideas also very ospitalier giving them drinks when needed but I had some problems with the bar staff bc there was only one lady and a guy that did my cocktails right, unfortunately I don’t know their name, but the rest didn’t know how to make them. I also liked the air conditioner in the lobby.
