I am staying here for 7 days and still have some more to pass. The room is great but yesterday evening I saw cockroach which jumped from my bed to the floor...and I didn't bring any food to my room FYI

Today at lunch I faced weird service. At the entrance the lady asked how many people will eat, as I am alone, she offered to me the table outside, led me there and left. I put sunglasses on the table and went to take food. When I came back - no cutlery, no napkin, not even chair were arranged. I went to take ice cream and when I came back my food were eating birds... Amazing feeling. And still no drinks offered, just nothing. And then I noticed peace of plastic on the plate of rise which I took....

WiFi here is very poor, all the time disconnected. While I was texting I reconnected 5 times.

Cleaning is ok, but you need to ask if smth finished. Because during one week I am here I received only 2 times shower gel and shampoo. This morning I put some notes that I need soap as well cause it is finished...

The service is very slow especially at dinner time. The barwaiters are chatting to each other, checking messages on their mobile phone...I am always waiting for smb to get even water. They do not pay attention if you mention with or without, no focus at all.

The food in general no tasty (especially meat), poor variety but it is Cuba. At the beach bar at lunch is long line to get French fries. Yesterday I was waiting 30 min.

The lady who cooks pancake on the breakfast looks exhausted, on her face you can realize that she doesn't like her job at all.

The animation team is great. Best cocktails as well as service are on the first floor at the bar.

Yes, the Atlantic Ocean is beautiful. But nothing much to make a wow effect. The beach is good but not really clean (some people leave sigarettes, plastic cup and ect)
