This hotel is by far the best hotel in Crete with its incredible views and amazingly helpfull staff. Reception staff, restaurant waitresses, bar service, animation team are such a warm and kind people, they made you feel welcome from the first moment. Around all bungalows is beautiful garden with roses and different kind of flowers. We had clean and nice room with private pool. We also liked spend time around main pool. Enterainment is amazing, many activities during the day. For our children face painting and mini disco was best time from every day. We liked the food and drinks, many choices. Service was wonderful, everyone is hard worker but always smiling. Beach was sandy, clean and so close to the hotel. Rinela is definitely value for money. We come back next season!
