I visited this hotel with friends in November 2014. The hotel itself is good: modern furniture, spacious apartments and rather close to the beach. But the service and the personnel totally disappointed us:

1. We arrived late in the evening (mentioned that during booking), reception house was closed and we had to make a phone call so that someone let us in.

2. When we entered the apartment we found out that one of beds was actually a sofa and was too small for any of us to sleep, the guy from reception said that it is not his problem and he can't help us with that.

3. Our apartment was very close to a road and it was very noisy. On the next day we asked another guy from the reception to change the bed and the apartment. We saw that there were available apartments on the hotel territory, but the hotel workers just didn't want to do anything for us and even lied to us.

Finally, we booked another hotel and escaped from Maxorata, because we didn't want to experience such problems anymore.

p.s. The only positive and friendly person in the hotel was a bartender in Smile Bar.
